Chapters: Please remember that you can recruit upperclassmen anytime during the school year. If there is an upperclassmen you are interested in, please follow the following procedure:

• Submit names of individuals you are interested in to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (OFSL) prior to offering bids. The OFSL will then check each recruit's eligibility for membership.
  
• Once the recruit has accepted the bid, please notify Louis Hellman, IFC Vice President of Recruitment & Pledging, and the OFSL with the names of the individuals so they can be added to your roster.
  

Finally, the official schedule for IFC formal recruitment in January will be available by mid-October. When the fall semester begins, the IFC will contact all recruitment chairs to schedule recruitment meetings during the semester.
